Mike
Lucas Mike is a member
of the New Zealand Law Society and New Zealand Law. He was named
solicitor of the Supreme Court of England in 1970. Mike and his
family are well known in the community. He is a Long Service Member
of the local Rotary Club, and has served as honorary solicitor of
several local clubs and associations. Janene
Burke She oversees
the trust account, general office affairs, and manages the office
computers. Janene has worked
in the legal field since graduating from school. She was educated
in south Auckland. She has worked
at Mike Lucas law since June, 2000. Rachael
Lauer Rachel began
her legal career as a receptionist in a south Auckland law office
in 1993. She proceeded to become Secretary to the Principal and
then underwent her education to become a Legal Executive. She has been
certified as a Legal Executive since 1998. Michelle
Hattie Her duties include
preparing trusts, wills, conveyancing documents and attending to
conveyancing matters and financing for clients with realty. Natalie
MacDonald She has been
certified as Legal Executive since 1999, and has worked in the legal
field for 15 years. Victor Raman Victor practises
a wide range of disciplines such as Banking & Finance, Business,
Commercial, Conveyancing, Estate Planning, Intellectual Property,
Property, Sports, Superannuation, Taxation, Trusts, Estates &
Wills. Victor is a
member of the New Zealand Law Society, the Fiji Law Society and
the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand. His outside
interests include rugby, soccer, golf and spending time with his
family.

Principal
Mike Lucas graduated with a bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) in 1971
from the University of Auckland. He has been a Barrister and Solicitor
of the High Court of New Zealand for many years.

Practice Manager
Janene as practice manager, is responsible for the day to day smooth
running of the office.

Legal Executive
Rachel attends to conveyancing and property matters including finance
and re-finance, sales, and purchase. She does incorporations and
wills.

Michelle holds a Diploma in Business Studies as well as holding
her certificate as a Legal Executive.

Natalie fills many roles at Mike Lucas Law, including acting as
the main receptionist and performing the annual trust giftings for
clients.

Victor joined
Mike Lucas Law Firm in 2005. Prior to that he practised taxation
discipline with international consulting firms both in New Zealand
and Fiji. Victor attended high school at Otahuhu College and then
moved on to study law and commerce.
